1) HOW CAN I GET STARTED?

Our system offers automatic functions, so no personal information is necessary to input anywhere during the registration process. Just fill in some basic information in the appropriate fields and click on "Submit." Your personal dashboard control panel will load right away.

2) HOW CAN I INVITE A NEW MEMBER, MAKE A DEPOSIT, OR DO OTHER INITIAL TASKS?

3) MAY I CHOOSE A PARTICULAR STRATEGY TO INVEST MONEY IN?

No. Freedollar Limited acts as an investment advisor who picks the best possible crypto currencies to invest in. We do not share the contents of our portfolio or the strategies we use to choose options. This is done to minimize negative effects from competition in the industry. Because there is so much fast and easy money to be made, portfolio management methods are guarded.

4) CAN I USE PAYPAL TO FUND MY ACCOUNT? I DON'T HAVE MONEY ON THE PAYMENT PROCESSORS LISTED?

Transferring money from PayPal to other payment processors is quite simple. Read the documentation at the particular websites to learn how it is done. You can also do a search for a money exchange website with a good reputation. These allow payment site funding through credit cards and wire transfers in many cases.

5) CAN I USE A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD TO INVEST?

We are planning to add this payment method, but currently card payments are not available. However, you can use the available payment methods to top up your wallet by card and then invest.

6) WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dash, PerfectMoney and AdvCash. Please note that cryptocurrencies will be converted into US dollars, so you will be receiving fiat interest disregarding the current cryptocurrency price.

7) HOW QUICKLY DOES THE SUPPORT RESPOND TO REQUESTS?

The time of response depends on the time of the day and current situation on the website. If there are no visible technical issues, you can get a reply within a few minutes. If the website isn't functioning normally or is down due to unscheduled maintenance or external impacts, the support may be receiving great numbers of messages from other investors, so you will have to wait your turn.

1) ARE DEPOSITS LIMITED TO JUST ONE FROM A SINGLE PAYMENT PROCESSOR?

No. You can make as many deposits as you want from a wide selection of payment systems. Remember that withdrawals will only be available through processors you used to make deposits with. All this information can be tracked on your Withdrawal page.

2) HOW MUCH CAN I INVEST?

You can deposit any amount from $50 to $20000.

3) CAN I CREATE MULTIPLE DEPOSITS?

Yes, you can make as many deposits as you like.

4) WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT WAS WRITTEN OFF FROM MY WALLET AND MY DEPOSIT WASN'T CREATED?

If you are using a cryptocurrency to deposit, you should wait about an hour for transaction confirmations to come. Otherwise, please contact our support service and pass your username, deposit amount, payment method, transaction identifier and approximate time of the failed transaction. Our specialists will check your transaction and create your deposit manually.

5) WHEN ARE THE INTERESTS ON DEPOSITS PAID?

1) WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AMOUNT I CAN WITHDRAW?

The minimum amount you can request for withdrawal is $5.

2) HOW SOON WILL I GET MY WITHDRAWAL?

You require an active deposit in-order to send a withdrawal request. All withdrawal requests are processed instantly, but if we there was some issue with your withdrawal or our website systems undergo maintenance or even an upgrade, the withdrawal can take a longer time, up to 24 hours.

3) WHICH PAYMENT METHOD IS USED FOR WITHDRAWAL?

The payment method of your deposit. You may not invest via one payment method and request withdrawal to another.

4) WHAT CAN I DO IF MY WITHDRAWAL IS PENDING TOO LONG?

First of all, check the transaction history to make sure your request is not cancelled. If not, check our news, perhaps, you have missed an earlier update or contact the support to find out the reason of the delay. Please note that in case of unscheduled maintenance the support is receiving too many requests so be patient and don't resend your messages.

1) DO I HAVE TO INVEST IN ORDER TO EARN FROM THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM?

No, you can earn affiliate rewards when you have no active deposits and you can earn interest on your deposit without referring anyone. Affiliate program is an option to increase your main earnings and you can decide whether to use it or not.

2) ARE AFFILIATE REWARDS WITHDRAWABLE?

Yes, your rewards are added to your account balance and you can reinvest or withdraw them at once.

3) WHO CAN I REFER TO FREEDOLLAR LIMITED?

Any people of legal age in their countries.

4) CAN I USE SPAM TO ATTRACT PEOPLE TO FREEDOLLAR LIMITED?

Sending spam (unsolicited ads) is a bad behaviour and Freedollar Limited sees spamming as an extremely malicious practice. If an investor is proved to send spam, his or her account may be suspended for an indefinite time. So please use only socially acceptable ways to share the word.

1) AM I ALLOWED TO HAVE MORE THAN ONE ACCOUNT?

No, multiple accounts are not allowed. One account for each computer and each person who gets involved with our services. Freedollar Limited rules about this and other topics must be followed if you want to stay in good standing. Multiple accounts from one computer or one individual will result in account closure and deactivation. Deposits will be refunded but not percentage earnings on top of that. .

2) WILL FAMILY MEMBERS WHO SHARE A COMPUTER BE ABLE TO USE THIS SYSTEM?

Yes, as long as there is no referral relationship between the two of you.

3) CAN I RECOVER A FORGOTTEN PASSWORD?

Of course. We offer a password recovery form to help.

4) CAN I RECOVER A FORGOTTEN SIGNUP EMAIL ADDRESS?

Please contact customer support. In order to maintain proper security for all our members, you will need to verify some information before your log-in email is recovered.

5) CAN I CHANGE THE EMAIL ADDRESS I SIGNED UP WITH IF I NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO IT?

We do not allow email address changes for security purposes. If you can no longer use the email you signed up with, we will block the associated account and refund the money to the proper payment account. Identity verification will be necessary in order to do this, so expect to answer some questions and give other revealing details about the account in question.

6) HOW DO I OPEN AN ACCOUNT USING A SPECIFIC PAYMENT PROCESSOR?

We work with a wide range of payment processors, each with their own sign up and use instructions. These can be found at the websites of the payment processors themselves or through video tutorials or walkthroughs on YouTube. Registration and fund handling should be covered in detail for you.

8) WHAT SHOULD I DO IF SOMEBODY ELSE GOT ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT?

First of all, change your password, if possible, and increase the security level on the security settings page of your account. If you cannot access your account and reset your password with the standard password recovery function, contact the support to get further instructions.
